Terms of Payment

A no refundable part payment of £350.00 is required to secure the date.

Six weeks prior to the date of the function a further 50% of the balance is required.

The full outstanding balance is required fourteen days prior to the date of the function, together with final numbers.

Cancellation Charge:

• 3 months before arrival - 50% of anticipated revenue
• 2 months before arrival - 75% of anticipated revenue
• 1 month before arrival - 100% of anticipated revenue
