Congratulations on your forth coming wedding. We wish you both a happy and successful future and assure you that we understand the care required when arranging a wedding.

The following is designed to simplify the expense and maximise the success of your special day.

For only £54.95 per person fully inclusive we will provide:

Red Carpet on arrival
Pimms, wine, sherry and soft drink reception with nuts and crisps for 45 mins OR Bucks Fizz (with sparkling wine) and St. Clements reception with nuts and crisps for 45 mins
Three course banquet chosen from our Bronze menu (for parties of 15 or above a set menu will be required, i.e: 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert - same for everybody except vegatarian choice)
2 glasses of wine with the meal
1 glass of champagne for the toast to the Bride and Groom
Floral decorations on the tables to match the colour scheme of your choice including 3 balloons for each posy
15" silver cake stand and silver knife
Disco by our resident DJ Ian Frost
Complimentary Honeymoon Suite and a bottle of Champagne
Special reduced overnight room rate for your guests ( subject to availability)
(Children up to the age of 5 no charge, 6 to 12 years of age half price)
Civil Marriage Ceremony levy included

Chefs home made soup (choice of) as a middle course £2.95 per person
Evening finger buffet (£2.00 discount on finger buffet prices per person) - as a guide, 40% of day guests plus all additional guests for evening buffet and dance.
Upgrade of menu (price difference between Bronze/Silver and Gold menu and Chosen menu)
Additional decorative balloons £2.95 each

Saturday Weddings:

Room Hire Charges for the Roxborough Suite for less than 80 persons for the sit down meal.

71-80 persons £250.00
61-70 persons £330.00
50-60 persons £450.00

Smaller functions may be accommodated in Lanfranc's Restaurant.
